I have participated in various versions of Jade from Jadeyraereads‘ Polarthon readathon. This readathon usually occurs throughout the first week of February but this year Jade made it the whole month since she is currently in Iceland on a Trovatrip (which I really wanted to go on!). Of course I wanted to try.
I have a lot of different goals driving my monthly TBRs, some of them new and things that I have not talked about yet, so adding a readathon does not really make sense. Since I frequently do things that do not make sense, I decided to give it a shot.
The goal of the readathon is to “white out” the board. You can also double or triple up on reads. Normally I like to make things ridiculously difficult for myself and attempt a book for each prompt. This time, however, I took advantage of the ability to double up. I also tried to use as many of the books already on my TBR adding only.
We shall see how this goes!
